{"id":26,"date":"2025-07-22T11:52:26","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T11:52:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/traveltrip.in\/index.php\/terms-and-conditions\/"},"modified":"2025-08-05T07:04:45","modified_gmt":"2025-08-05T07:04:45","slug":"concellation-refunds","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/traveltrip.in\/index.php\/concellation-refunds\/","title":{"rendered":"Concellation &#038; Refunds"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Effective Date:<\/strong> 5th August, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellation by You (Customer):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Booking amount (advance) is non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations must be submitted via email, not via phone or chat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds (if applicable) are issued as credit notes to your TravelTrip.in account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligibility for refund depends on cancellation timing:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>30+ days before departure:<\/strong> full refund of remaining payment (minus booking amount)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>21\u201329 days:<\/strong> 75% refund (minus booking &amp; cancellation fee)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>15\u201320 days:<\/strong> 50% refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Less than 15 days:<\/strong> No refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Emergency \/ Force Majeure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In cases like government orders, extreme weather, political unrest, pandemics, or similar events, we may cancel or reschedule the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll receive a full-value credit note valid for up to 365 days.
