Concellation & Refunds

Effective Date: 5th August, 2025

Cancellation by You (Customer):

  • Booking amount (advance) is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via email, not via phone or chat.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued as credit notes to your TravelTrip.in account.
  • Eligibility for refund depends on cancellation timing:
    • 30+ days before departure: full refund of remaining payment (minus booking amount)
    • 21–29 days: 75% refund (minus booking & cancellation fee)
    • 15–20 days: 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days: No refund

Emergency / Force Majeure:

  • In cases like government orders, extreme weather, political unrest, pandemics, or similar events, we may cancel or reschedule the trip.
  • You’ll receive a full-value credit note valid for up to 365 days. No monetary refunds in this scenario.

Other Conditions:

  • All GST on bookings is non-refundable.
  • Credit notes have no expiry within the validity period and can be used on future bookings.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
