• To confirm a trip, full payment must be made by the specified due date.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway.
• Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation.

2. Use of Services:

• Travelers must follow rules, itineraries, and instructions given by trip leaders or local partners.
• TravelTrip.in is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage due to traveler negligence.

3. Price Alterations:

• Prices shown at booking are final. We reserve the right to change prices for taxes or regulatory changes prior to confirmation.

4. Liability Limits:

• TravelTrip.in is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or cost overruns caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, flight disruptions, political unrest, pandemics, or natural disasters).

5. Insurance:

• Clients are strongly advised to secure their own travel/accident insurance.

6. Membership Plans (if applicable):

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Membership cancellation does not entitle refund.
• Excessive use of flexible benefits may affect renewal eligibility.
