- 40% advance at booking confirms your voucher — ₹6,000
- 60% balance is due 60 days before your travel date — ₹9,000
- Missed balance payment: 5-day grace period; after that, the booking lapses and the advance is forfeited
- Advance is non-refundable once a hotel is provisionally blocked for your chosen dates

Other important terms
Hotel substitution
If the listed hotel is unavailable on your confirmed dates, an alternate property of equal or higher category in the same destination will be offered.
Force majeure (hotel closure, natural disaster, strike, govt. restriction)
In such cases, you'll be offered rebooking at an alternate partner property, or a credit valid through the remaining validity period — not an automatic cash refund.
Voucher transferability
The voucher is non-transferable and tied to the named buyer, unless a transfer fee/process is explicitly offered.
Combining with other offers
This package cannot be stacked with other ongoing offers or discounts, except the membership's own 25% customized-package discount.
ID requirements at check-in
A valid government photo ID is required for all adult guests. Note: some hotels restrict bookings from guests local to that city — we'll flag this at the time of booking if relevant.
Luxury watch gift
One premium Men's or Women's luxury watch is provided per membership, dispatched after successful booking confirmation. Design/model may vary based on current stock.
